METREX Members are invited to join this online activity and bring their insights – by sharing their knowledge and experience – for the development of Guidelines for capacity-building actions to help local and regional public authorities design and implement effective interventions for digital transformation.

DIGIREG is an ESPON-funded, research-led project designed to expand ESPON’s evidence base on the territorial dimension of digital transition in Europe, in line with the Thematic Action Plan “Smart Connectivity.”
The project examines three key types of digital divides — in connectivity and infrastructures, digital skills and capacities, and digital socio-economic outcomes — analysing how these vary across and within European regions.
